If you’re near Selfridges or Harvey Nichols and in need of a pick-me-up then I thoroughly recommend popping into one of their foodhalls to treat yourself to some deliciousness from The Meringue Girls.

These girls are making meringues cool. You get to choose from a rainbow of flavours and colours but let me assure you these bite sized jewels don’t just look beautiful, they’re taste delicious! With so many flavours to choose from (from pistachio and rosewater, to raspberry, to dark chocolate, coconut and more) it may take you a while to decide what you want to buy. I loved the hot cross bun flavour… yum!

I was lucky enough to work with the lovely girls on a charity event that I produced recently – and they kindly donated a beautiful box of their treats (a huge hit with everyone). Needless to say I’m hooked and will be heading back to Selfridges’ foodhall for my sugar fix soon.
